Converting a terraced
house into a unique HMO

Our client came to us with a terraced home ready for converting into a 7-bed HMO. Located in a buzzing residential area, he had one goal in mind: create a place that renters would love and remember. With plenty of similar properties nearby, we knew we had to deliver an interior that set this HMO apart—and we were thrilled to get started.

Designing with style and comfort in mind

We were brought on to create a standout interior that tenants could feel at home in. From the furniture and finishes to the smallest details, our task was to make each room practical and inviting. Working side-by-side with the client, we took a hands-on approach to make this HMO stand out.

Small spaces, big impression

When it came to fitting out small bedrooms, we had to get creative! Every piece of furniture had to be just right—big enough to be useful, but not so large it overwhelmed the room. We wanted to make each space memorable and functional, so we selected high-quality, eye-catching materials for the bathrooms and bedrooms. We aligned style with practicality and created an HMO interior designed to make an impression.
