In 2017, HMO Architects was sparked by a bold idea between two driven professionals: Ryan Windsor, a savvy property investor, and Giovanni Patania, an architect with experience at Foster + Partners. A chance meeting ignited a shared vision—creating high-yield properties without sacrificing design. With Ryan’s strategic insight and Giovanni’s architectural talent, they turned a few early projects into a powerhouse firm.
