Why portfolio builder?
HMO Architects was founded in 2017 by an Architect and a Real Estate investor to offer a combined approach to the real estate developers industry. The passion and knowledge of the founders in relation to educate the clients,
managing the design process and nurturing and growing a property portfolio led to the creation of Portfolio Builder. This platform has the aim to guide property developers from any experience level trough the different stages of the development journey, from learning a key strategy, to assessing a deal, designing a development to gain all necessary permits, trough construction and completion, up to the management of a portfolio of properties
