We could easily see the value of the site’s character, so we aimed to create a new residential space that respected its historic surroundings while adding a modern touch.

Eight thoughtfully designed flats
The brief was clear: eight comfortable flats—six one-beds and two two-beds—with a contemporary look and a practical layout. Our team handled the full project scope, from the planning phases, through to demolition as well as the design. We made sure there was easy access to parking, bike storage, and bins, making this a desirable, liveable space that fitted into the neighbourhood.

The challenges
Creative solutions to fit the site
One of the main challenges was blending the new building with its historic surroundings, all while meeting space standards and fitting in the parking requirements. To keep the parking functional and accessible, we designed a “bridge” concept that lets cars reach an inner courtyard, maximising space without compromising aesthetics. By fine-tuning every detail for safe and smooth parking, we secured highways approval and brought this project to life with purpose and care.
