1. What’s the cost of your service — and what does it include?

Our sourcing fees are 2% of the property value and 10% of the construction cost (delivery management). 2. Can’t I do this myself and save the fees?

You could — but it often leads to costly mistakes, time loss, and compromised outcomes. Investors appoint HMO Architects because we bring a proven system, established network, and deep experience. We reduce risk, speed up delivery, and ensure the property is optimised for returns from day one — without you needing to manage the process.

4. Will I still have control over the project?

Yes. While we handle the day-to-day and technical aspects, key decisions — such as budget, layouts, and finishes — are always presented for your approval. You stay informed and in control, without needing to manage the stress or complexity.
